Passion & Pursuit (P&P) is our 5-month Discipleship Training School (DTS) in partnership with YWAM. This school was born out of an alliance between The Jamaica House of Prayer (JaHOP) and Youth With a Mission (YWAM), Jamaica and is a testament that The Lord is moving strategically across the earth to bring the Prayer Movement and the Missions Movement together for the fulfillment of the Great Commission.
P&P emphasizes the importance of intimacy with God at the individual level that results in a deep passion to pursue the heart of God for the nations of the earth. The ‘Passion and Pursuit’ DTS is a time where individuals will be trained on how to answer the call of God to give themselves to intense worship and prayer for revival. It also entails preparing participants who are a part of the bride (the church) for the bridegroom (Christ’s) return.

COURSE
​
The first 3 months are spent in the classroom learning biblical principles and applying them within the YWAM family, and in the local community during evangelism. We cover topics like the Father Heart of God, the Nature and Character of God, Intercession, Evangelism and many others. The teaching times involve class discussions, small groups, as well as group activities.
The following two months take place outside of Jamaica in a nation that God would lead the school to. This is a time of being challenged to take on God's heart for the lost, and serve through ministry, practical acts of service, and evangelism.
